Frequently Asked Questions
You can contact me at any time by email
I'll get back to you as soon as humanly possible.
Below are some of the questions I'm asked most frequently
Do you offer computer support?
No - but not because I'm a meanie. As an utter technophobe, I only know enough about computers to do what I need to do. I'm fairly certain that you know more than I do about your computer!
Do you offer a discount for multiple purchases?
Yes, with our Gift Package Deal, which is designed to offer huge discounts.
Check back often as we have various promotions planned
How often do you update the site with new downloads?
It is my intention to update it weekly, if not more often. Sign up for the newsletter to be kept up to date with any new promotions.
Do you take requests?
Within reason. I've always got several projects on the go, so it could be some time before your request is a reality.
I only want one image - will you split a download?
Nope. The site is automated, so it's not possible, sorry.
I'll add to this page as and when I remember any other questions I get asked. If your question isn't covered, feel free to pop a question through.

IMPORTANT ADDITONAL INFORMATION FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
The images in our downloads have been sized to fit perfectly on the printer paper sizes in common use in the UK.
The International Standard paper size has been adopted all over the World, with the exceptions of the United States & Canada. In Mexico, Colombia, Chile and the Philippines the ISO standard has been adopted although the US "letter" format remains in common use.
"A4" = 210mm x 297mm
"A5" = 148mm x 210mm
"A6" = 105mm x 148mm
So A6 is equivalent to a sheet of A5 folded in half, and A5 is equivlent to a sheet of A4 folded in half.
"US letter" = 216mm x 279mm
"Legal" = 216mm x 356mm
A4 is therefore a little thinner and longer than the US letter size.
If your printer does not use ISO sized paper, you can still use our images - when you hit "print" on the screen, you should be given a list of paper size options. You can usually also find this under the " print properties" tab.
Just select the paper size you wish to use.
